Community Safety Notice
Vibra maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, threats, abusive behavior, and any form of sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable content. Any violation of these standards may result in immediate content removal and the suspension or permanent termination of your account.
Law Enforcement Disclosure Notice
Vibra may disclose limited user information only when required by law or upon a valid request from competent authorities (such as law enforcement or judicial entities) in connection with legal or judicial proceedings. This may include situations involving serious safety incidents or criminal investigations occurring at participating venues. Any disclosure will be limited to what is strictly necessary and permitted under applicable law.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement, the Apple App Store Terms of Service, and the Google Play Terms of Service.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our community standards. In particular, you must not:

The App is intended for social interaction without romantic or dating purposes. Any use of the App that mimics or replaces a dating platform is strictly prohibited.

Vibra is not the owner, operator, or representative of any venues, events, establishments, or businesses that may appear in the App. Vibra only provides a platform that helps users discover and connect with nearby venues and events more efficiently.
Vibra does not control and is not responsible for the services, safety, policies, conduct, pricing, availability, or operations of any third-party venues or events. Any interaction, attendance, or experience you have with a third party is at your own discretion and risk.
Public Media & Content Sources
Certain images, videos, graphics, or descriptive media shown in the App may be obtained from public sources (such as publicly available social media pages, websites, or other public materials) in order to help users identify venues, events, or profiles. Vibra does not claim ownership over third-party media. If you are the rights holder and believe content should be removed or updated, please contact us and we will review the request.
The App requires access to your device’s location to detect when you are inside a participating venue and to enable real-time interaction in that venue’s chat room.
Location is only accessed while using the App. We do not track your location in the background.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and stored. We do not share your personal data without your consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in objectionable or abusive behavior.
We may update the App or this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, performance, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
