We collect only the data necessary to operate Vibra and improve the user experience. This may include:

  • Username
  • Email address
  • Profile photo
  • Additional photos uploaded by the user (optional)
  • Location data (used only for local interaction features)
  • App settings and usage behavior
  • Demographic information such as gender and age (for internal analytics only)

We do not collect information from outside the App or unrelated sources. No external tracking is used.

2. Use of Location Data

Your device’s location is accessed only when needed to detect your presence at a real-world interaction point (such as a venue or social location) in order to activate Vibra’s local features (for example, viewing and connecting with nearby users).

We do not store historical location data or track your location continuously.

3. Use of Personal Data

We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To enable account creation and profile setup
  • To allow you to view and connect with other users in physical locations
  • To manage your uploaded content (photos, chats, filters)
  • To conduct internal analytics aimed at improving the App (e.g., aggregated user demographics)

No Data Sale or Advertising

We do not sell, share, rent, or use your data for advertising or external commercial purposes.

4. Uploaded Photos

Users may upload a profile photo as well as additional personal or business photos. All uploaded content remains available within the App and is not shared externally without your action or consent.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. This will result in the permanent deletion of your profile and associated data from our servers, subject to any retention requirements imposed by applicable law.

6. Security of Data

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
