These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vibra application (the “App”), owned and operated by Anydev (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”).
Important Notice
Vibra is intended to support real-world social interaction. You are responsible for your behavior, the content you post, and your safety during offline interactions.
Vibra is a social platform designed to foster real-world friendships by connecting users who are physically located near each other in venues, entertainment areas, or other social spaces.
The App enables discovery of nearby users, profile viewing, chatting, uploading content, and adjusting search filters — all focused on facilitating in-person interaction.

You must provide accurate and truthful information. You are solely responsible for the content, activity, and behavior associated with your account.
Users may:
You are responsible for any content you share. Offensive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content may be removed, and your account may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
During registration or profile setup, you may be asked to provide optional demographic details such as age and gender. This information is used solely for internal analytics to improve app features.
We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising or external commercial purposes.
Your location is used only to determine when you are at a supported physical venue. This triggers features such as entering local chatrooms or viewing who is present.
Offline Responsibility
Anydev is not responsible for real-world interactions, meetings, conflicts, or incidents between users. You use Vibra at your own discretion and are responsible for your personal safety and conduct outside the App.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or deletion of your account.
You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will result in the permanent removal of your profile and associated data from our systems, subject to any retention requirements imposed by applicable law.
All elements of the App (including design, software, and content) are owned by Anydev or licensed to Anydev. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
